Meet our Newest Author!

We are excited to introduce you to our newest Acorn author, Samantha Lee Trembly! Her upcoming book, The Night Santa Wore Scrubs, will be released this December.



Samantha Trembly is a mother of three whose greatest inspiration comes from her children. When her daughter Audrey was born with a congenital heart defect, her many trips in and out of the hospital shaped her family in ways they never could have imagined. That journey led Samantha to write this book, hoping to uplift other families facing similar challenges. When she's not writing, Samantha enjoys staying active through fitness and pursuing another lifelong passion—flying airplanes.

When four-year-old Audrey begins to wonder if Santa will know where to find her, she meets a gentle, unhurried doctor whose calm presence feels strangely familiar. In their soft conversation, Audrey begins to understand something new about Christmas—that it doesn’t always arrive with noise and sparkle. Sometimes, it comes quietly. Sometimes, it looks like being held, being helped, and being seen.

One of the most attractive features of the game is its simple design. Players generally use a small number of keyboard controls or touchscreen movements to steer the sled from side to side and avoid Snow Rider obstacles. Therefore, beginners can understand the basic rules within a short period. However, mastering the game is more difficult because the sled moves quickly, and obstacles may appear unexpectedly.
