The Night Santa Wore Scrubs
by Samantha Trembly
Illustrated by Alejandra Barajas
When four-year-old Audrey begins to wonder if Santa will know where to find her, she meets a gentle, unhurried doctor whose calm presence feels strangely familiar.
In their soft conversation, Audrey begins to understand something new about Christmas—that it doesn’t always arrive with noise and sparkle.
Sometimes, it comes quietly. Sometimes, it looks like being held, being helped, and being seen.
